The Meeting provides a fantastic opportunity to promote your product / service to a qualified audience of motoring enthusiasts, typically of a self-employed / professional / higher education / HNW demographic.

There are three main commercial opportunities:

Trading space ideal to promote or sell a product / service. Provides the ability to deliver a specific message, engage and interact with visitors.

Spaces consist of the trading space only and stand holders are required to supply their own gazebo / tables / banners /etc as they see fit.

Spaces can be arranged in multiples of this size (e.g. 6m*6m) or of a bespoke requirement (e.g. 12m*6m).

These stands will be located in the main trading area.

We offer opportunities for appropriate operators to partner with the event and avail of a considerable profile and marketing activity across a range of print and social media promotional efforts pre-event.

In addition, we can create a bespoke event presence and branding plan for event day.

There are a range of creative ways to powerfully promote your brand in conjunction with the event.

Travelling to Stonor Park

Please Note: If travelling on the M40, leave at J5 or J6 and avoid J4

Stonor is located in a beautiful valley in the midst of the Chiltern Hills between the M4 (J8/9) and the M40 (J6) on the B480 Henley-on-Thames – Watlington Road.  Stonor is a 10-minute drive north from Henley, only an hour from West London, 40 minutes from Oxford and Heathrow and half an hour from Reading.

If you are approaching Stonor on the M40 motorway from the East and are using a Satellite Navigation system, please ignore any instructions to exit the motorway on either Junctions 4 as this will add up to an hour to your journey.  Please only exit at Junction 5 or 6.

The nearest railway station is Henley-on-Thames and taxis are available from the Station.
